Krabi Trip ( Day 4 and 5)

Actually i am typing this post a second time. Something happen to my computer and the window close by itself so my half written journey say, " bye bye" to me after i click the," End now" button.

Updates on my fourth and most exciting day of the Trip!!!

The 4th day in Krabi, 30 sep 07'
30 Sep 07, we waited at the hotel lobby at 9am as we have signed up a day tour to visit the islands around Krabi.. As usual, the tour came swee swee on time to fetch us to the departure beach.. Reach the beach in only 10 mins but we were kept waited for 1/2 an hour as some of the people from another van have not arrived yet..

Soon all arrived, and we make our move to the speedboat.. Our tour group consists of a Portsland family, some Malaysians and we, the Singaporeans.


The Malaysians brought some coconuts amd some drink on board...


Sitting on the speedboat, anticipating to move off..

Finally... We set off... Here we go....


We took 40mins to arrive at the first island.. The BAMBOO ISLAND..


We stayed at the Bamboo Island for "a little" snokelling.. And i meant "a little" which last for only 30 mins.. We were provided a snokelling goggles that look like that...



We continued and stop in another island.. I forget the name.. we travelled to around 6 islands.. But we did not drop in every island..

We stopped near the coast and started doing snokelling... It was Kool!!! I see fishes swiming around me.. At a moment, I was imagining to be the little mermaid.., " Under The Sea... Under The Sea.... Laa laa laaa"

In another island.. These people are looking for birdnest... They are real birdnest.. Tout of getting a few back but the tour guide won't allow us to go down even thought we tried using a coconut to bride her.. Haiz..

We were entering to the most promising island.. The Maya beach!! The beach where Leonardo shot his movie, " The Beach" in 2000..

And so, this is the Maya beach..........

Not as promising as we heard...






But the view is still not bad...

Then, it started to rain... Suay... We ran into the speedboat and continued our journey.. A bad choice.. A bad idea..

Soon, it was raining so heavily that we can't see any island or things around us.. We got lost in the middle of the sea.. The portsland lady started to felt sea sick and started to vomit out to the sea.. A wise choice indeed.. Then followed by one of the Malaysia guy.. Haha.. I could say that Singaporens are a better choice to be a sailors..Becos non of us vomitted!!! Haha.. Alrights... we were all seriously drenched thru out.. From head to toe..

Finally the rain has cooled down due to my prayers... Haha.. We spotted the island and started with full speed... All of us was like, " Yahooooo..." and waiting for our lunch to be served..

Phi Phi Island... We had our lunch there.. The food... Um... ok only.. No comments..


We continued our ride to the open seas even its still drizzling... And we were encourged to snokel again!!! All of us lost our mood due to the rain.. And only the Ang mos and one of my friend went for snokelling..

After that, we head back to Ao nang.. At that instant.. Our only desire is to be back in our cosy hotel rooms...

But we heard that we need another 40 mins to arrive the beach.. OMG!!! We all became quiet and silent on the journey back as the rain hit hard on our faces due to the speed of the boat..

We arrive wet at the beach and was drove to the hotel.. We bathe and took a nap before going for dinner...

After dinner i bought this potato chip in the supermarket as i don't see this favor selling in Singapore..

It cost me 60 Bhatt.. around SGD 2.70.. Very expensive i find.. Don't worth the price..

Then i bought this Sunglass @ 250 bhatt..


Now we need a model...

Suitable for outdoor looks.. TMM Style..


Suitable for the cool look.. XMM and Amber Style..

I got hooked on the camera and started snapping nonsense..


My mousey look to go with my daughter..


" Mama.. I am all ready to leave.."

So familiar rite.. Like Amber's cookie... Haha.. finally she slept in that posture the whole night as she was so excited to go home...

The last Day in Krabi, 1 Oct 07'
Our flight back to Singapore is at 7.20pm so we book a cab ready to drive us to Airport at 4pm.. we slept till 12 plus since its the last day and have our breakfast outside as, " BIRD OF THE PARADISE" close after 10am..

My breakfast.. Cheese, ham , prawns and herd cream wrapped in egg omeleete.. Yummy.. Nice but very "ni" after eating too much...

7.20pm..
Goodbye Krabi.. Here i come Singapore!!!
