Today is Day 2 for TSI... TSI stands for The Service Innovation course. My company send some of us for the course and it was really interesting... On the first day, we were asked to do a silly hat made from newspaper and magazine and today we were challenaged to dress something that we usually wouldn't wear.. which.. I wore a long white dress today... LOL.. Like a bride's maid sia... Or probably a hantu at night.. :x
