Depressing day... =(

I just reached home a while ago.. I am disappointed and sad in certain things that happen at work today..

After today, I have a feeling to take up the offer at the goverment sector.. But again, coming back to it... I am just running away if I am taking up this offer just becos of what happen today...

Many things are beyond man's control or rather my control.. I just saw some issues could breakout ot of certain people which I am pretty close with in the company right now... Which I can foresee that it could turn out quite bad.. Based on my anaylsis and my understanding to my character, things would probably go bad one day...

What should I do?
