After Ian's arrival, our days are filled with busy-ness and now i am using my blog to stock up recipes for Ian. These recipes are from various mummy influencers but feel free to use it as well.
3 Ingredients Sugar Free Blackberry Jam Recipe
130g Blackberries (you can use any other berries)1 Small ripe Banana
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
🍤Air Fried Shrimp Bites (No Egg) Recipe
This recipe can make about 15 mini Shrimp bites.
110g Steamed Potato
35g Steamed Carrot
8 small/medium sized Shrimps (Minced)
Handful of Scallions (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Milk of Choice (I use full cream cow’s milk)
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Tartlets:
300g Sweet Potato (raw)
2 tbsp Plain flour
Egg custard:
2 Egg yolk
2 tbsp Milk
Optional:
Sesame seeds for garnish
Honey for taste (Not suitable under 1 year old)
TIPS:
- I use silicone mini muffin tray so it’s easier to get the tarts out.
-These tarts are super soft, unlike traditional egg tarts, so it’s suitable for young babies too.
-Bake at 170C for 15-20 mins.
🫙Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
🫙Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
