Easy egg tart for the family
4 frozen Prata
2 eggs
Wang zai milk
Sugar or honey
Method:
4 frozen Prata pieces stacking
After defrost roll it and cut it into 12 equal pieces
Flatten with palm and press it into cups
Egg custard:
Beat 2 eggs whisk in wz milk and sugar
Pour into the cups
Bake in 220 deg c for 20-30 mins
